It includes a strong sales and I.T. background working with firms such as GE Capital Information Technology Solutions as Sales & Integrated Solutions Manager; with IBM de Mexico, S. A. as Client Relationship Manager; Software AG of North America de México: Sales & Sr. Consultant; Computer Sciences Corporation: INFONET (Information Network Division) in Marketing & Sales. He began his professional career as a professional recruiter in 1999 with Management Recruiters International in Mexico City as their Sales Director.

Alicia Gallegos is a Recruiting Professional with Strategic Partners, a recruitment solutions leader within the I.T. (Information Technology) arena. She has been personally involved in almost all of the office’s recruiting efforts ranging from Software Sales up to Senior Management opportunities. This includes finding Impact Players within the Hi-Tech, e-Commerce, ERP, Software, Communications and Data industries. She has worked within many functional areas including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Legal.
Alicia has a Bachelor of Law degree which supports her detail-oriented approach to helping clients and candidates grow their personal and professional careers. This is complimented with her strong foundation of 11 years working within large corporations within the I.T. field. This has provided her with a first-hand look at how strong talent is the difference between high performing companies and all the others.
