One of the primary purposes of this site is to enable visitors to provide their resumes for use by MRI SP Offices. As a user of this site, you have the option of voluntarily submitting or posting your resume to the site. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that your resume will be viewable and searchable and may be forwarded, transmitted, or ported to recruiters within MRINetwork Offices. By submitting or posting your resume you authorize the disclosure of all information which you submit or post to the MRI-SP.COM site to be disclosed to MRI SP, their related companies and affiliates and MRINetwork Offices and their clients. The information may include your personal information such as your name, date of birth, email address, employment history, resume or CV and other such personal information, and you authorize such information to be forwarded to and stored on servers owned and maintained by third parties located in the United States and elsewhere. Please note that your personal data may be transferred to companies which are located outside the European Union or Switzerland such as in the United States. You acknowledge that the data protection level in these countries (e.g. in the United States) might be lower than the one in the European Union or Switzerland. You further authorize MRI SP to use such information for its own research and development purposes. MRINetwork Offices’ clients that have received your resume or personal information may retain them in their own files or databases. MRI SP are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy practices of the clients.

Log Files

 

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing

 

We will share aggregated demographic information with our affiliates, partners, advertisers and MRI SP. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

In certain areas, we partner with other companies to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are to use personally identifiable information only for the purpose of providing these services.

Referral Service

 

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site or information posted on our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. MRI will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site or a link to certain information contained within this site. MRI stores this information for the purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact MRI SP at  info@mri-sp.com to request the removal of this information from our database.
